Statement on Fire Incident Aboard WAN HAI 503 Vessel
For any untruthful declaration acts such as misdeclaration, underdeclaration, or misstatement of goods, the carrier has the right to charge liquidated damages to the cargo party in accordance with the terms agreed upon in the transportation contract concluded between the two parties.
